Services
-
Wellness Massage
This custom full-body session is a personalized experience designed to meet your unique needs while promoting deep relaxation and mind-body alignment. Each appointment begins with a brief consultation to identify areas of tension or concern. Using a blend of therapeutic techniques, this session nurtures both physical and emotional well-being leaving you feeling grounded, renewed, and revitalized.
After your massage, it’s common to feel deeply relaxed or pleasantly drowsy. Be sure to rest, stay hydrated, and give your body space to integrate the therapeutic benefits.
-
Deep Tissue Massage
Deep Tissue Massage is designed to address chronic tension and pain by working through the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue. Using firm, focused pressure, this treatment targets specific problem areas to break down adhesions, improve mobility, and support long-term relief. Ideal for those experiencing chronic discomfort, muscle stiffness, or limited range of motion.
It’s normal to experience mild soreness as your body adjusts in the first days of recovery. Stay hydrated and allow time for rest to help maximize the benefits of your session.

Add-On Services
-
Aromatherapy
Aromatherapy is the use of plant-derived essential oils to improve physical, emotional, and mental well-being. During your massage, these oils are gently diffused into the air to enhance relaxation and support your overall wellness. Scents may linger from previous sessions. If you have sensitivities or prefer a specific aroma, please let me know.
-
Trigger Point Therapy
Focused pressure is applied to specific muscle knots (trigger points) to release tension, reduce pain, and restore range of motion. Ideal for clients experiencing chronic tightness, referred pain, or limited mobility. Because trigger point work takes time, adding it to your session may limit the amount of full-body work we’re able to cover.
Not offered to first-time clients.
-
Foot Focus
This add-on combines the therapeutic benefits of a focused foot massage with the comforting warmth of hot towels. Your feet carry you through life, show them some love! Add a foot massage with hot towel therapy to your next session and experience the ultimate in relaxation and renewal.
If requested, this service will close out the last 15 minutes of your session.

Request a custom time.
If you’re looking for a specific appointment date or time that isn’t available, feel free to reach out. I’ll do my best to accommodate reasonable requests.
